Groxo ek online grocery ordering aur home delivery platform hai. User app ka use sirf legal aur personal purpose ke liye karega. Kisi bhi illegal activity ke liye app ka use mana hai.
2. User Account
Order place karne ke liye valid mobile number / details dena zaroori hai
User apne account ki security ke liye khud responsible hoga
Galat ya fake information dene par account suspend ho sakta hai
3. Product & Pricing
Products ki price, availability aur offers bina notice change ho sakte hain
Product images sirf reference ke liye hoti hain
Actual product packing / brand thoda differ kar sakta hai
4. Order & Delivery
Delivery sirf selected areas mein available ho sakti hai
Delivery time estimated hota hai, guaranteed nahi
Natural issues, traffic ya technical problem ke kaaran delay ho sakta hai
5. Payment
Groxo Cash on Delivery (COD) aur online payment modes support karta hai
Payment failure ya refund delay banking partner ke rules par depend karega
6. Cancellation & Refund
Order confirm hone ke baad cancellation limited cases mein hi possible hogi
Delivered items generally non-returnable hote hain
Damaged ya wrong product ke case mein support se contact karein
7. User Responsibilities
