Groxo ka aim hai ki har customer ko best quality grocery aur smooth delivery experience mile. Phir bhi agar kisi reason se issue hota hai, to hamari Refund Policy neeche di gayi hai.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund sirf following cases mein applicable hoga:

Galat product deliver ho gaya ho

Product damaged ya spoiled condition mein ho

Product missing ho (order ke mukable kam item mile)

Order cancel ho gaya ho aur payment already done ho

2. Non-Refundable Items

Neeche diye gaye cases mein refund applicable nahi hoga:

Delivery ke baad customer ka change of mind

Product use ho chuka ho

Minor packaging difference (brand packing change)

Fresh items (fruits, vegetables, milk) – jab tak damaged na ho

3. Refund Process

Refund ke liye customer ko delivery ke 24 hours ke andar complaint raise karni hogi

Complaint app ke support section ya customer care ke through ki ja sakti hai

Verification ke baad refund approve ya reject kiya jayega

4. Refund Mode & Time

Online payment wale orders ka refund original payment method mein hoga

COD orders ke liye refund wallet / bank transfer ke through ho sakta hai

Refund process hone mein 5–7 working days lag sakte hain

5. Order Cancellation

Order confirm hone ke baad cancellation limited cases mein allowed hogi

Dispatch hone ke baad order cancel nahi kiya ja sakta

6. Final Decision

Groxo ka decision refund approval ya rejection ke maamle mein final aur binding hoga.
